By accessing or using Wizionary, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, you must not use the platform.

By registering an account or otherwise using Wizionary, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

- Uses copyrighted material (music, video, sound effects, text, etc.) without a valid license.
- Exists solely to promote a product, brand, political party, or individual.
- Contains illegal activity, violence, child exploitation, or pornography.
- Circumvents the purpose of Wizionary as a storytelling platform.
6. Distribution of Content
- Content created on Wizionary must not be redistributed on external platforms in full.
- Exceptions: trailers, teasers, or other promotional excerpts, as expressly allowed.
- Official sharing tools (embeds, share links) provided by Wizionary may be used freely.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
- Wizionary reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms.
- We may suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of repeated or severe violations.
- Users can report inappropriate content via the platform’s reporting tools.
8. Intellectual Property of Wizionary
- The Wizionary® name, logo, platform design, and software are protected trademarks and intellectual property of the operator.
- Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the platform or its code.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR (where applicable).
- Uploaded files may be stored and processed on third-party servers as part of providing the service.
10. Collaboration Features
- Each contributor is responsible for the rights and originality of their own contributions.
- Unless otherwise agreed between contributors, shared works are considered co-authored.
11. Feedback and Suggestions
- Users may submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions for Wizionary.
- By doing so, you agree that Wizionary may freely use these ideas without obligation to compensate you.
12. Technical Limitations and Storage
- Wizionary does not guarantee permanent storage of user content.

- Wizionary is not responsible for damages arising from technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized account access.

The laws of the United States of America govern these Terms. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New York, US.
